Stained Glass

The Stained Glass of St Margaret’s, Tylers Green

St Margaret

The ten Stained Glass windows in the nave contain glass by Mayer and Company. Nine are in a matching style and date from the 1880s, and one is in a slightly different style, dating from 1907. The high level rose window in the East wall has glass of 1965.

The Stained Glass windows of St Margaret’s Tylers Green are extensively documented with detailed digital images on the Stained Glass of Buckinghamshire website. The dedication for each window is mainly factual, recording name(s), date and donor, whereas any known stories behind the windows will be documented here on this website.
